PANAJI: The Goa Amateur Boxing Association (GABA) will conduct selection trials for the Goa U-15 Boys and Girls Boxing Team on June 13 and 14 at the Boxing Hall, Peddem, Bardez, beginning at 7 am on both days.
Boys and girls born between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013 are eligible to participate in the trials.
The weight categories for both boys and girls are: 30-33 kg, 35 kg, 37 kg, 40 kg, 43 kg, 46 kg, 49 kg, 52 kg, 55 kg, 58 kg, 61 kg, 64 kg, 67 kg, 70 kg and above 70 kg. A maximum of 15 boxers will be selected in each category.
Entries must be submitted by email to goaboxing@gmail.com no later than 5 pm on June 10, 2026.
The entry form should include the participant's name, surname, father's name, date of birth, weight category, passport-size photograph, blood group, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, email ID, GABA registration number, name of the boxing/coaching centre or RCC, and coach's name. All entries must be countersigned by the coach, parent or guardian.
Boxers are required to carry their GABA Medical Record Book along with original and photocopies of their birth certificate, Aadhaar card, age verification test report, annual medical test report, and negative test reports for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV on the day of the trials.
