Government College, Khandola, defeated Don Bosco College in the final to win the Ebullience Intercollegiate tennis-ball cricket tournament 2025-26 held at the Goa University ground recently. The tournament was organised by DCT Dhempe College of Arts and Science.
Competing among eight teams from across Goa, Government College, Khandola began their campaign with a victory over DMC College and then overcame Government College, Sanquelim, in the semifinals to enter the final.
In the title clash, they held their nerve to secure a hard-fought win over Don Bosco College and lift the trophy.
Tanish Kadekar (TY BA) was named Man of the Series, while Snehit Panicker (SY BA) was adjudged Best Bowler.
The winning team comprised Rishab Gaonkar (MSc I), Tanish Kadekar (TY BA), Saroj Thakur (FY BCom), Nischay Naik (TY BA), Saheel Parolkar (FY BCom), Snehit Panicker (SY BA), Harish Naik (SY BCom), Pranav Naik (SY BCom), Vrushab Gaude (SY BSc), Tanay Gaonkar (TY BCom), Palash Ghadi (SY BCom), Kannaya Gaude (TY BA) and Chinmay Gaude (SY BCom).
