The pairings of Shaurya and Anamay, along with Rushil and Aryan, booked their places in the Men’s Doubles final after commanding semifinal victories at the ongoing Baale BPS Open 2026 at the B.P.S. Sports Club, Margao.
Shaurya and Anamay began their campaign with a solid 6-2 win over Chinmay and Jai. Carrying that momentum into the semifinals, they produced a clinical performance to defeat Sanket and Raoul 6-3, 6-1 and secure a place in the summit clash. In the second semifinal, Rushil and Aryan delivered an equally dominant display, overcoming Sachin and Arup 6-1, 6-2 to advance to the final.
The Ladies Doubles category witnessed a series of round robin matches that shaped the standings. Raisa and Poojal who ended as champions registered emphatic wins, defeating Valencia and Avni 6-0, Anisha and Analeah 6-1 and Junette and Kimberly 6-0 in their respective encounters.
The Runners-up Anisha and Analeah recorded a 6-4 victory over Junette and Kimberly and followed it up with a 6-3 win against Valencia and Avni. Valencia and Avni, meanwhile, edged past Junette and Kimberly 6-4 in another competitive fixture.
