Goan striker Karishma Shirvoikar is firmly focused on making her mark at the upcoming AFC Women's Asian Cup, as the Indian women’s national team intensifies preparations for the continental showpiece.

The Blue Tigresses have arrived early at their training base in Australia to acclimatize and fine-tune their strategies ahead of the tournament. Under head coach Amelia Villarreal, the squad has been working rigorously on tactical discipline, match fitness, and team cohesion.
“Our first match is on March 4, and all our focus is on that. We are taking it one game at a time. If we win the opener, our confidence will grow and that momentum will carry forward,” Karishma said.
