Our Lady of Rosary High School, Navelim secured a place in the semifinals of the Under-14 Boys Fr. Peter SVD Memorial Football Tournament with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over St. Jude High School, Betalbatim, at the SVD Seminary Ground, Raia, on Tuesday .
It was Clive Colaco of Our Lady of Rosary who made the breakthrough, finding the back of the net in the 3rd minute, giving his team the lead they would hold onto for the rest of the match.
Despite the loss, the Man of the Match award was presented to Badal Ram of St. Jude High School, Betalbatim. The award was handed over by Maria Pereira.
