The U15 Girls Diamond Division of the Next Gen League 3.0 concluded Tuesday, with a final league clash between St. Anne’s Institute, Agonda and Fr. Agnel Multipurpose High School, Nuvem. St. Anne’s Institute, Agonda emerged victorious, with Kaavya Kumar earning Player of the Match honors for her exceptional performance.
Despite the win, it was The King’s School, São José de Areal that claimed the U15 Girls Diamond Division title, while St. Anne’s Institute, Agonda secured the runners-up position.
Organized by The King’s Sports Academy and hosted at The King’s School, São José de Areal, the Next Gen League is Goa’s largest Inter-School Football and Futsal competition. Now in its third edition, the developmental league emphasizes participation and growth. Match scores are not disclosed, with teams earning 3 points for a win, 2 for a draw, and 1 for a loss.
