The Goa Priests Futsal League matches played at the Fr Agnelo Ashram Futsal Ground produced entertaining football and emphatic results on Friday.
In one of the matches, St Vincent outplayed St Francis Xavier 6–0, with Fr Mario stealing the spotlight by scoring all six goals in a dominant display. Fr Blair added three goals in another fixture to underline the attacking intent on show during the league.
In another encounter, St John Bosco were held to a draw, despite a fine performance from Fr Daizel, who netted a brace. Padre Pio matched them with goals from Fr Benson, who also struck twice, as both sides shared the honours in a closely contested match.
Earlier, Football Mogi featured goals from Remi (2) and Peter, while St John Bosco responded through Fr Daizel and Fr Richard, as the teams settled for a draw in an evenly balanced contest.
