The Annual General Body meeting of the shareholders of Goa State Cooperative Bank was held on Sunday even as the bank is staring at an imminent change in leadership with the govt-appointed panel of administrators scheduled to take charge on Monday.
The committee led by V V Prabhu Verlekar, Shailesh Usgaocar and Mohandas Ramdas has been tasked with rescuing the bank.
