Mohsin Shaikh is the brain behind Haztech Innovation. A computer system architect, developer, security researcher and 3D animator, he is known for his ability to fuse technology and creativity into real-world innovation. As the founder and CEO of Heztech Innovation, Mohsin has been the driving force behind some of the region’s most advanced AI and software projects. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation for engineering digital solutions that not only perform but also inspire.

Founded by Mohsin in 2015, Haztech is a full-service innovation agency dedicated to developing real-world solutions through the power of technology and assisting in marketing them digitally. For over nine years, Haztech has helped brands grow through design, technology, and strategy that inspire engagement and deliver measurable results. “We combine creativity, precision, and innovation to transform businesses into digital leaders,” asserts Mohsin who has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Fr Agnel College in Pilar and from Don Bosco College in Panaji, respectively which makes him stand uniquely positioned at the intersection of logic, design, and innovation.

Haztech Innovation, a full-service technology and innovation agency based in Margao deals with AI architecture, automation, app and web development, cyber security, and creative design. The company assists in digital marketing where brand strategy, creative direction, social media management, performance and influencer marketing, and online/offline advertising campaigns matter the most if carried out effectively. It also assists in UI/UX design, web applications, cross-platform mobile apps, e-commerce, and CMS integration.

“Haztech kick started with the aim to build innovative solutions that solve real-life problems through the power of technology, and our mission was to innovate in ways that touch people’s emotions. These innovations include – Seemos (by Dumfried Visionistics) which is an AI and VR-powered eye testing device redefining vision diagnostics by making eye care accessible, intelligent, and interactive. Petba is an AI-powered pet care ecosystem that connects owners with vets, groomers, trainers, and rescue centres, integrating tracking devices, e-commerce, and emotion recognition, too.

Commcop is a community policing app based on proactive policing principles, helping communities stay connected with local authorities and reducing crime rates. AI Marketing Engine is a proprietary system that automates campaign optimisation, sentiment analysis, and audience behaviour prediction. Custom Business Apps are Scalable mobile and web applications designed for industries such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and retail.

“We’ve worked with national and international clients, delivering consistent value across industries. Amongst these are Škoda for whom we did a creative campaign and launch designs. For Planet Hollywood (Goa and Thane) we sketched their digital strategy, event marketing, and content creation. We did branding and packaging solutions for Ambica Group and product branding and advertising for Royal Foods,” shares Mohsin.

For The Arab League (TAFL Project) Haztech managed charity and unity campaigns through football. Goa’s first fish selling portal ‘Nuste.in’, Healthway Hospitals, IFFI also are our clients. For the Indian Navy we built their DMS for Indian Naval War College, Verem. The company also catered to Alt SIgnals (online AI trading platform), Al Lottery (online lottery platform for Bahrain), Ic4 Health (doctor management system) and 3d infinyt (AI bot for career guidance).

Recognition & appreciation

Personally, he got wide appreciation after developing the official mobile application for the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in 2017 and 2018. He boasts of building the Document Management System (DMS) for the Indian Naval War College, which is a testament to his technical depth and strategic problem-solving abilities.

Petba, an innovative, all-in-one pet care ecosystem that uses artificial intelligence to understand and connect with animals emotionally and behaviourally is Mohsin’s ideation and creation. He also co-founded Commcop, a groundbreaking community policing app designed to strengthen communication between citizens and law enforcement for proactive and safer communities. “I also co-founded Seemos, a revolutionary AI + VR eye testing device redefining vision diagnostics and accessibility,” he adds.

Beyond entrepreneurship, his contribution to public development as a director at the Goa State Minority Finance Development Corporation Limited has been commendable. Here, he plays a role in financial empowerment and inclusive growth initiatives. A man of many talents, Mohsin also channels his creativity into the world of fashion as a fashion designer at Jinas Designer Studio, where he crafts bespoke men’s formal attire that reflects his precision, aesthetic sensibility, and bold sense of design.

Community & business networking

Mohsin’s leadership extends into community and business networks as well. Mohsin has served as president of JCI Fatorda Town and Zone Officer for Impact 2030 (JCI Zone XI), and two-time president of a BNI Chapter in Goa. He now acts as a support director for the BNI Goa Region, mentoring entrepreneurs and fostering collaboration-driven business growth across industries.

An advocate for education and ethical technology, he has been a visiting faculty member at Damodar College and has taught at MES College, Vasco, Rosary College, Navelim, and several other institutions across Goa. As a digital legal advisor at the Human Rights Crime Control Bureau, Goa, Mohsin champions responsible digital practices and cyber security awareness.
