PANAJI: Renowned general physician and cardiologist Dr Rajeshwar Naik has been conferred with the Bhaskar Award 2025 by the Maharashtra Journalist Foundation. The award ceremony was held at the Lala Academy – Dinanath Mangeshkar Hall. The award, now in its 21st year, recognises excellence and dedication across various fields. Dr Naik was honoured for his significant work in cardiology and community health. The organisers praised his long-standing commitment to medical service and public health.
