Goa Konkani Akademi will be organising 27th Konkani theatre festival at Painginim from February 21-25 and an interaction session would be held on February 26. The event will be held in association with Canacona Konkani Kala Kendra. There will be five plays staged from February 21 at 7.30 pm near Shree Shradhanand Vidyalaya at Painginim.
The five plays that would be staged for the five-day festival are ‘Kutre’, ‘Itihas.com’, ‘Jago Mohan Pyare’, ‘Liyaran jagche kai marche’ and ‘Selfie’. The interaction on the plays will be on February 26 at 10 am to 2 pm, stated Suraj Komarpant, president of Canacona Konkani Kala Kendra and Arun Sakhardande, president, Goa Konkani Akademi.
