Indian magician and content creator Suhani Shah, based in Goa, has won the ‘Best Magic Creator’ award at the FISM World Championship of Magic 2025, held in Torino, Italy, on July 20. Often called the Olympics of Magic, FISM is the world’s premier platform for magicians and illusionists. Suhani triumphed in the Online Magic Category, a fast-growing field that challenges magicians to enchant audiences through digital platforms. Her act, which fused traditional sleight of hand with mentalism and psychological storytelling, stood out for its innovation and emotional depth. Performing since the age of six, Suhani has grown into a pioneer in mentalism, blending psychology, behavioural science, and narrative elements. Her shows go beyond illusions to explore perception and the human mind. Celebrating her win, she said, “This award is not just for me, but for every young magician in India who dares to dream big.”
