He was speaking at the inaugural function of the first Goa state level semi-final competition, Sangeet Sitara, jointly organized by Samrat Club International and valpoi Samrat Club at Laxmibai Memorial Hall Valpoi.

State level president Deepak Narvekar said that Samrat Club is an organization that deals with this soil and culture.
