Adv Rajiv Shinkre will deliver a talk on ‘Goa's neglected novelist Chandrakant Kakodkar' at Margao on March 8. The talk has been organised by Gomantak Sahitya Sevak Mandal on the occasion of birth centenary of late Goan novelist Chandrakant Kakodkar. Retired engineer from PWD, Ulhas Gaitonde will be the guest of honour at the talk to be held at Gaitonde Library in Aquem at 5 pm.
