The Maina Curtorim police has arrested a native of Uttar Pradesh Siraj Khan after he was caught red handed while in possession of narcotic drug and psychotropic substance ganja weighing 300 grams, worth Rs 30,000.
The incident occurred on August 1 at an open place at Arlem-Raia. Police said the accused is presently residing at Rumdamol-Davorlim.
