Dempo College, Bambolim conducted two sessions on July 22-23 under the title, “Aviation Careers, Professional Excellence and Etiquettes & Grooming” for BBA and BA (GSM) professional students. It was organised by Programme Co-ordinator, Asst Professor, Priti Talkar and inaugurated by the Vice Principal Prof (Dr) Sangita Chakrabarty, and of course also effectuated by Principal, Prof (Dr) Manoj Kamat. Ms Palvie and Capt Bob enlightened the students on both days with industry norms, keeping expansion of Aviation Industry in India, in mind. Palvie and Capt Bob, practically exhibited the objectives and career graph of Aviation. He assured “Aviation, does not require fluency in English much, for it has it’s own language. And even pilots’ course does not require Science and Math". ABCL’s CEO Capt Bob guided students, “There are over 3 lakh ground, and flying careers that will start floating shortly down-town, since the Indian domestic/International airlines have ordered over 2,000 commercial aeroplanes, hence careers are bound to built round them”. Both, Bob and Palvie demonstrated hygienic and sensible mannerisms to the attendees.
