He received Eng Francis Bomdin Lopes memorial award of Rs 10,000 with citation.The award was founded by the family under PC Trust.The award is for the ward of the employees of Pradeep Phospate Ltd, Utility Dept, wherein Francis served.Venkatesh is the son of Siddhesh and Premala Prabhu Dessai.
