The pharmaceutical company Zydus provided a new school bus to the special children’s school run by Keshav Seva Sadhana in Bicholim as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. This support will greatly help in resolving the transportation difficulties faced by special students. Zydus General Manager Gajanan Gawas handed over the keys of the school bus to Adv. Khagendra Hegde Desai, President of Keshav Seva Sadhana, in the presence of Chief Engineer Gurudatta Bhatt, Manoj Sawaikar, Deputy Director of Education, Nana Behre, Secretary of the institution, and Sagar Shetye, President of the Bicholim School.
Also present were Manager Makarand B. Kamat, Santosh Desai, Krishna Desai, Headmistress Sanjana Prabhudesai, Dr Kaushik Patanekar, Anand Desai, along with other members, parents, and a large number of special students. Speaking on the occasion, Gajanan Gawas said that Keshav Seva Sadhana is a leading organisation working with compassion and sensitivity in society.
