PANAJI: JCI Bicholim held its 31st installation ceremony on January 4, 2026, at the MLA Office, Mulgaon, where JC Mansi Shakar Betkikar was formally installed as president for the year. Bicholim MLA Dr Chandrakant Shetye was the chief guest at the programme. The ceremony was attended by JCI dignitaries including Kundan Fogueira, guest of honour JCI Senator Saiprasad Naik, JFD Youwan Gawde and JFM Adv Mamta Naik. Office-bearers and members of JCI Bicholim were also present to witness the change of leadership.
