Upon the State complaint of PSI, Manju Vantamuri, the Colva police has registered a FIR against two unknown persons for allegedly organising the illegal bull-fight at Colva prior to January 3.
The police pointed out that two unknown persons organised the illegal bull-fight between two bulls for the entertainment of the public, in an open place with a public view and incited their bulls to fight with each other thereby subjecting them cruelty to animal.
The FIR is registered under Section 11(m) (n) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.
