MARGAO
An unknown person, believed to be a foreign national was found dead at the Benaulim beach after he was found floating in the water. Colva police rushed to Benaulim beach after receiving information from the tourist police that a dead body is found floating at the Benaulim beach. During enquiry, the police said the male person, appeared to be foreign national age between 50-60 years, who was lying dead on the seashore. Upon further enquiry it is revealed that unknown person was seen floating in the seawater and the lifeguard staff with public members fished out the deceased from seawater. An 108 Ambulance shifted the person to the South Goa district hospital, Margao where he was declared brought dead.
