The Goa Region of BNI Foundation, in collaboration with the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa, and Business Voices celebrated World Entrepreneurs’ Day 2025 under the theme ‘Swayampurna Yuva – Viksit Goa’ bringing together leaders from business, government, and education to encourage innovation and entrepreneurial growth among Goa’s youth. The event was attended by Chief Minister Pramod Sawant who reaffirmed the government’s commitment to fostering a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem. Srinivas Dempo shared valuable perspectives on building sustainable businesses and empowering young change makers. Rajkumar Kamat, founder and managing director of EP Kamat Group and executive director, BNI Global also shared his thoughts. Co-founder of Dranding Consulting, creator of Business LEAP Coaching, and TEDx Speaker, Floyd Tavares delivered the keynote address introducing participants to his transformative Business LEAP Movement and inspired them to ‘become the brand new you.’ The award-winning business coach emphasised that true entrepreneurship is not only about profits, but about purpose-driven growth, where individuals evolve into leaders who share their best selves with the world.
