PANAJI: The Photo Journalists Association Goa (PJAG) has announced its annual photo contest for 2025, inviting entries from school students and the general public. The theme for the school category is ‘School Days’, while the general category is based on ‘Infrastructure and Development in Goa’.
Participants can submit up to four photographs, taken using digital or mobile cameras, in JPEG format with high quality compression. Entries must be emailed to pjagphoto@gmail.com by 20 July 2025. Photos clicked using drone cameras will not be accepted. Students must include their name, school address, and contact details in the email, while general category participants need to provide their name, address, phone number, email ID, and captions in English. Photos should not display any identifying marks of the photographer or publication.
The PJAG stated that copyright will remain with the photographer and winning images may be used for high-quality reproduction. Results will be announced by 15 August 2025.
