PANAJI: In a boon to Central government officers as well as lawyers representing their service related litigation Goa will soon have a circuit bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)
CAT chairman Justice Ranjit More has kindly consented to a permanent circuit bench, according to lawyer Asha Desai, who is President of Goa CAT Association.
Desai told the media that on July 3 and 4 there will be sittings of this circuit bench at the Bombay High Court Complex at Porvorim in court hall number 7 from 11 am to 5 pm.
This will largely facilitate the central government officers posted in Goa as well as the lawyer fraternity, she said.
