The Margao Municipal Council (MMC) on Wednesday demolished a compound wall at Agalli, Fatorda, drawing strong objections from the property owner.
The owner alleged that the civic body carried out the demolition without issuing a show cause notice, despite the matter being sub judice.
The demolition was carried out by a team of MMC officials and workers.
