South Goa MP Viriato Fernandes has said the Election Commission of India has to answer to the alleged fraud related to fake/multiple voting that has been committed and probably still continues to be committed, which Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi has clearly, explicitly and unambiguously exposed with complete evidence.
“The Election Commission has lost any semblance of respect and trust that the people of this country had; instead of owning up responsibility and investigating, let alone apologising to the people, is now brazenly trying to wipe off their footprints of fraud, thus undermining democracy & encouraging anti-national forces to continue their free run. Hope ECI takes cognisance of the evidence put forth by Rahul Gandhi and initiates investigation”, he said.
