As part of its golden jubilee celebrations, the Bhausaheb Bandodkar Shikshan Sanstha recently organised a workshop on ‘How to Use AI for Office Staff’ for its office staff of three schools and one higher secondary school at Dharbandora.
The workshop was aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the office staff by integrating
artificial intelligence into their daily tasks.
The workshop was led by Rudresh Natekar, a mechanical engineering graduate currently pursuing an MBA. Natekar is also the founder of SocialPact Goa, a student organization dedicated to promoting skill development and entrepreneurship.
During the session, Natekar focused on the practical applications of AI, particularly
highlighting the use of ChatGPT for drafting emails, notices, and letters.
He demonstrated how effective prompts could streamline these tasks, making them more efficient and less time-consuming. The participants were actively engaged, learning how to craft precise prompts to get the best out of the AI tool.
The workshop received positive feedback from the attendees, who found the insights and hands-on experience valuable for their daily operations.
