BJP leaders must do social work, not harass minorities

The Chhattisgarh police at the behest of a local Bajrang Dal functionary have arrested two Catholic nuns from the Assisi Sisters of Mary Immaculate (ASMI) at the Durg Railway Station in the BJP- ruled state of Chhattisgarh based on some baseless allegations/same old outdated charges i.e. for allegedly luring three girls from Narayanpur and trying to forcibly convert them. Well, leaders of political parties like the BJP-Sangh Parivar are historically known for having an allergy towards the Christian community as they cannot see the good work done by the missionaries, priests/nuns and due to which are frequently found harassing such religious leaders in the above fashion by misusing  'anti-conversion laws'. The BJP-Sangh Parivar leaders should stop indulging in these activities and instead do some real social work i.e. provide free higher education for the downtrodden, feed the poor & hungry, fight poverty, give free medical treatment for all abandoned people/infants found on the streets by opening hospitals/shelter homes, look after all the sick people suffering from serious illnesses etc rather than poking their nose in people's personal affairs to distract everyone from their own major failures in our country.
