On August 31 night, one Bhasudev Bhandari along with a friend drove a rent-a-car into St Estevan river. On the way they met with minor accident with another car and in order to escape from the consequences drove the car in such a manner that the car plunged into river and his girl companion escaped and returned to the shore. However the search was on with help of naval personnel and police along with divers to look for missing person. On Monday the search restarted with family members and help of drones, naval staff and police. The father of the boy has filed a missing complaint and believes his son has not drowned in the river. Police should also check another angle and find out if he has travelled out of state with help of railway bookings on the next day and other sources of travel. It's also possible that he is afraid of consequences and questions that will be asked by family members and police. So he should be asked to report to the family first so as to avoid any further complications in the case.
