PANAJI: Bhumika Atham, a second year BCom student of DCT’s Srinivassa Sinai Dempo College, won a gold medal in the 40-45 kg weight category at the 1 st Goa State Open Fight Championship 2026. The championship was organised by Goa Yuva Sports Club in association with the Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) at Peddem, Mapusa on January 18. Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kamat, the Principal of the Dempo College felicitated Bhumika Atham for her achievement.
