Phoenix FC beat Kakan Keri Warriors 1-0 to win Keri Super League 2021 organized by Keri United at Keri Panchayat ground, Keri. Nikesh Jalmi scored the winning goal in the 10th minute by placing the ball to the right side of the goalkeeper of Kakan Keri Warriors. Crossing over, Kakan Keri Warriors went all-out for an equalizer but missed two gilt-edged chances to score as both the shots went over the crossbar.

Phoneix pocketed a prize of Rs 3,000 and a trophy, while Kakan Keri Warriors earned a runners-up trophy and Rs 2,000. Individual prizes: Player of the tournament - Harish Gaude (Phoenix FC), Player of the final - Kedar Shirwant (Phoenix FC), Amazing player of the tournament - Chiranjeevi Satarkar (Phoenix FC), Best goalkeeper of the tournament - Shashank Gaude (Kakan Keri Warriors), Highest scorer of the tournament - Damodar Chopdekar (Kakan Keri Warriors).

Chief Guest Luis Vas, PE teacher, Kamakshi Higher Secondary, Ponda, and Bhausaheb Bandodkar gave away the prizes along with guest of honour, Sandip Naik, footballer, and special invitee, Dishna Kumar, footballer. Club president Vaman Kerkar and Anuj Satarkar were present for the prize presentation function. 

The club felicitated Devdatt Kerkar, PE teacher at Almeida High School, Ponda, and Chandrasekhar Gaude, senior footballer, at the hands of Luis Vas and Sandip Naik. Four teams participated in the league – Phoenix FC, Kakan Keri Warriors, Royal FC and City FC.
