Dragon Boys Curtorim registered a commanding 5-3 victory over Kollos-Guirdolim Boys to book their place in the semifinals of the All Goa Football Tournament, organised by Damdolem Sports Club at Raitollem Ground, Curtorim, on Sunday.
Dragon Boys opened the scoring through Nanu, while Jeswan Fernandes doubled the lead. Kollos-Guirdolim reduced the margin before half-time with a goal from Jollyton, as Curtorim led 2-1 at the break.
After the interval, Dragon Boys took full control of the match. Sowell, Alfiano, and Alex added three more goals to stretch the lead to 5-1.
In the closing minutes, Jollyton struck again to complete his brace for Kollos-Guirdolim, but it was not enough to change the outcome as Dragon Boys held on for a 5-3 win.
Angelious Rebello, football lover and promoter, presented the Player of the Match award to Jollyton for his impressive performance.
