Guardian Angel SC booked their place in the quarterfinals of the 31st Mandopa Cup with a 2-0 win over St. Anthony SC Colva at the Mandopa Sports Club ground on Wednesday.
The winners found the net in each half, with Richard Fernandes opening the scoring in the first session, followed by Allwyn Faria doubling the lead in the second.
Cruz Gomes, Guardian Angel’s defender, was named Man of the Match by Thomas Costa, Sports Secretary of Mandopa Sports Club.
