Snows Football Club Raia booked their place in the finals of the GFA All-Goa Under-17 Division II League with a convincing 2–0 victory over Tuem FC at the Raia Panchayat Ground.
All the action unfolded in the first half, with Samuel Colaco emerging as the star of the day, netting a brilliant brace that sealed the win for the home side.
Snows Football Academy's dominance paid off in the 15th minute when midfielder Samuel Colaco calmly slotted in the opener after connecting with a precise cross from the right flank.
Just minutes later, in the 30th minute, Colaco struck again—this time finishing off another well-executed move from the wing—to double the advantage for Snows and leave Tuem FC reeling before halftime.
Tuem FC struggled to contain the fluid attacking play of Snows, who dictated the tempo throughout the opening half. Though the second half saw fewer goals, Snows continued to control the game, enjoying the lion’s share of possession and keeping Tuem FC on the back foot.
Speaking after the match, Anthony Pango, President of Snows Football Academy, expressed his pride in the team’s performance.
“It was a strong and difficult game, just as we expected. But we managed to impose ourselves early, created several chances, and deserved our two-goal lead. I’m proud of the boys for their effort and discipline,” he said.
