Rophe TV holds blood camp
PANAJI: Rophe TV in association with Rophe Trust and GMC Blood Bank organized a blood donation camp at Panaji. Royston Dias, co-director of Rophe TV, inaugurated the camp which began at 9.30 am and concluded at 1 pm.
A total of 35 volunteers donated blood. The donors were also interviewed about their views and thoughts on blood donation.
"I saw the slogan in the advertisement on Rophe TV which said 'Your first time, someone's second chance' and was really encouraged to come and donate blood for the first time. It really feels good," said Zamira Ferrao from Verna.
