Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management and CateringTechnology, Sanvordem, hosted its annual Inter Higher Secondary HospitalityCompetition ‘Battle Of The Hospitality Titans’ on September 25.
A total of nine colleges from across the state of Goaparticipated in the extravagant event. Five competitions were held namelyAppetiser Cooking, Mocktail Making, Canvas Painting, Flower Arrangement andBrochure Design.
The event was graced by eminent personalities from the hospitalityfraternity. The Chief Guest was Jack Ajit Sukhija, President – Travel andTourism Association of Goa (TTAG), and the Guest of Honour was ValentineAthaide, Director - L&D, IHCL Goa Region. Other noted guests includedOdette and Joe Mascarenhas from the Goan Culinary Club.
The Overall Championship Trophy was bagged by Winners -Rosary Higher Secondary School, Navelim and the Runners-Up trophy was securedManovikas English Medium School, Gogol, Fatorda, Margao.
