The First Year B. Sc. students of V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education, Manora-Raiahosted a theme night recently. As the event happened to fall on Friday the 13th, the theme selected was 'Nightmare at creams'. Guests were welcome to the restaurant by the Grimm Reaper and got a chance to experiment from dishes like borscht soup, pastry wrapped meatballs and juicy lamb chops while Clifford, the illusionist entertained the crowd with his tricks.
