Forest

You set a timer, and if you leave your phone alone, a little cartoon tree grows on the screen. Get tempted by Facebook or play Candy Crush, and you end up with a dead stick. Your daily forests can be compared, and each successfully grown tree nets you some coins. These can be spent on new tree types to grow. Alternatively, if you’re socially inclined and have amassed thousands of coins (which takes weeks of dedication), use them to donate to tree-growing projects around the world.

BreakFree

This app tracks the amount of time you spend looking at your phone, and gives you a heads-up when it might be time for a break. With visually appealing characters, graphs and statistics, the app guides you on how you can control phone usage. It also gives you a set of customizable tools which help you disconnect from your phone during your off time.

Menthal

This free Android app analyses everything, tracking your daily activities and showing data on which app you use most, and how long, how many minutes you spend each day on your phone, even how many times you have unlocked it. One can also check their score, which is sort of a daily check up on the overall usage and the lower the score, the less time you have spent online.

My mobile day

With this App it is possible to measure the time you spent on each App. The user can set a time interval for recording. After finishing recording, the user can see a summary of running Apps in categories with their running time and may share them with other users or post them on social networks. The recorded times of the days can be seen by using the calendar. Moreover the user can see a graphical visualization of each App over time.

Moment

Moment will help you pay attention to what's going on around you by tracking how much you use your phone each day. You set all the features, like the maximum amount of time you want to spend on your phone between certain hours, how often you want to be reminded of your usage, and what type of sound (relaxing or intense) you hear as a warning if you go over your daily limit. Plus, you can compare your usage to days prior to see how your resolution to use less of your phone is going and use the GPS option to track where you go.
