After Alex Parrish (played by Indian actress Priyanka Chopra), manages to clear her name for a terrorist attack last season, following which she is fired from the FBI, she has now been recruited by the CIA. As she begins at The Farm amidst new faces, yet another terrible terrorist attack occurs. However showrunner Josh Safran has promised that this time around they won't reveal all the answers only towards the end of the season. The season which, he promises will be "deeper, richer, more mature and definitely darker" will focus less on the 'Who is it?' and more about, 'How can you stop it?' The trailer has also shown a glimpse of what looks like Ryan proposing to Alex, which has got fans of the couple all excited.
