Story
This is a film available on the ‘On Click Music’ Channel. A forest guard along with his son lives in the forest quarters. Both are awaiting the arrival of the lady of the house who walked away leaving them alone. The young boy watching the clouds and fighting for the protection of the umbrella to be used when it rains is all the turmoil of the storyline.
Screenplay
The screenplay is straight to the point but heavy in comprehension. The reason for the looking out for rains by the father and son duo is not justified. However, the film goes on at a good pace and keeps the attention glued. The screenplay is done keeping an eye on the lush green visuals which is a strong point of the film.
Music
The film has no title song but the film starts on a musical exhortation. There is a song in the film which is nice and soothing. The background score and effect is scarce and good attention is not paid and as a result, the film witnesses drabness.
Acting
The actors are natural in their acting.
Shantaram Pawar as the father is fully convincing but it is the young boy Narayan Kudalkar in the role of Gagan who steals the show with his naturality. This young boy is surely a talent to watch. The others in minor cameos too give good support to the leading duo and for a formidable team in acting.
Cinematography
The cinematography and editing are great in the film. There is a very decent use of camera lens. Fairly good use of camera shots is made. Wide, zoom, mid shots close-ups are well mixed in shooting the visuals displayed!
Direction
The direction is good. Decent attention is paid to this aspect and the film being enacted by new artistes gets high on this count. However, leaving the end open for viewers imagination gives the film an incomplete feel.
