The shooting of RRG creations and SRS non feature film “Why” began recently in South Goa with the muhurat clap by former MLA and film producer, lyricist Damu Naik at a authentic Portuguese styled house in the scenic village of Cansaulim. Present on the occasion were the directors of the film Tinky George and Prashant Shirodkar, cinematographer Josephfern D’Souza, assistant director Johnson Eapen, editor Sameer Adkonkar, Sudesh Nipanikar, lightman, actors Damodar Yeshwant Dicholkar, Navdeep Aguiar, Anjali Aguiar, Akshata Naik, Pooja Palyekar Dhargalkar, Mayank Naik, Sangeeta Khakam Shirodkar, Lancaster Pereira Andrade. The other actors being Manali Prabhu, Kavish Chari, Prajyot Shirodkar and others.

“Why?” is the story of a father son relationship. While Navdeep plays the son, his father is portrayed by theatre and film actor Damodar Yeshwant Dicholkar. The story by Prashant Shirodkar. The film is directed by Tinky George and Prashant Shirodkar. The film is produced by RS Gowda.
