Carpe Diem art gallery at Majorda has displayed the collection of artworks titled ‘Illusion of Time’ by Delhi based artist Kamaldeep Kaur, a postgraduate in Actuarial Science, and a Master in Fine Arts. Her journey started with following her childhood passion with much curiosity to deeply drench in the elixir of the phenomenal world of art and creativity. The 'Illusion of Time' is a concept based on depicting how a human being runs after the illusion of time.
“I have portrayed the importance of time in our day to day life. The illusion of time takes the human to his final destination (death) without him realizing it. The figure in my painting is a female character lost in her thoughts and feelings, and as she is so entangled in them, she has stopped realizing the true meaning of life,” expresses the artist.
