MARGAO: Rosary Boys Davorlim prevailed over Dorminator 8 Fatorda 8-7 via the tie-breaker to enter the quarter-finals of 17th all Goa Rebello Pandal open football tournament, at St Rita Church ground, Maina Curtorim, on Monday.
Dominator 8 Fatorda scored two goals through Norman in the 20th and 27th minutes in the first half while Rosary Boys Davorlim equalised in the second half through Prestly Gomes and Micky in 40th and 43rd minutes respectively.
In resultant tie-breaker, Rosary Boys Davorlim proved to be better shooters.
Godwin Fernandes Fatorda was the man of the match and was awarded by Pascoal Soares, club member of Rebello Pandal.
