As part of the Community Development and Local Youth Talent Development Project, Serentika Renewables supported 25 students of the National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE) for 15 days of hands-on training. The programme included detailed guidance on wind energy theory, technical introduction, field visits and demonstrations. The students gained knowledge and skills in the field of wind energy at a crucial time in their education. These subjects included construction, mechanical, electrical, material handling, tools and equipment. Serentika Team Annigeri was hailed for sharing their technical expertise with the students.
