CANACONA: The Canacona deputy collector has convened a meeting with officials at 12 noon on Monday, following an application filed by a councillor on a high court order regarding stray cattle on roads. In a notice issued on Thursday, Canacona Dy Collector & Sub-Divisional Magistrate Prataprao Gaunkar sought the presence of the CMC chief officer, Block Development Officer, Police Inspector (Traffic Cell), panchayat secretaries of Agonda, Khola, Shristhal, Gaondongrim, Khotigao and Loliem-Polem, Canacona Veterinary Officer, Canacona PWD (Roads) AE, PWD (NH) AE and a representative from Dhyan Foundation, Zambaulim.
