South Goa Collectorate staff attend mental health session

MARGAO: As part of the Sewa Pakhwada 2025 campaign launched by the Chief Minister, a training session on mental health and work-life balance was held for staff at the South Goa Collectorate. The session was conducted by Vithoba Mhalkar, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour. He spoke about ways to reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout, and how this can improve productivity and engagement. The programme aims to support the well-being of employees and encourage a healthier work environment in the public sector.
