PANAJI: Goa Jazz Academy, in collaboration with The Bluegrass Journeymen, will host a free introduction and workshop on Bluegrass music on February 21 from 3 pm to 5 pm at Garden Central Music Studio.
The session aims to familiarise participants with the fundamentals of Bluegrass, a genre rooted in acoustic string instrumentation and improvisation. Attendees will gain hands-on exposure to instruments such as the mandolin, acoustic guitar, banjo and violin, while exploring techniques of ensemble playing and performance.
