Three books released on human values and everyday life

PANAJI: Veteran journalist and writer Sanjay Dhavalikar released two of his books, along with a third book written by his wife Ujjwala Dhavalikar, at a function in Panaji recently. Goa Marathi Academy president Anil Samant spoke on Dhavalikar’s books Manuskicha Zara and Jave Tyachya Vansha. He said the books highlight how people should live with humanity and share stories of meaningful lives. He added that Dhavalikar’s positive outlook and simple, flowing language make the books easy and engaging to read, and that they also offer insights into newsroom life and the making of a writer. Dr Vinay Bapat from the Marathi department of Goa University spoke on Ujjwala Dhavalikar’s book Mantarang, saying it reflects human nature and uses a dialogue style that connects well with readers. Dhavalikar thanked those who supported the publication of the books and said writers often present small moments from life that leave a lasting impact on readers.
