An RTO official explains different government schemes to benefit the people of Cavelossim.

The Cavelossim village panchayat, along with the Department of Transport, held a special camp at the panchayat office to guide people on how to apply for or renew learner’s licences online.
Officials also gave information about various government schemes, including compensation for road accident victims.
Sarpanch Dixon Vaz thanked the government and officials for visiting the village and helping people understand the importance of road safety and the available schemes.
“Many local taxi drivers and young people attended. They were given help on the spot,” the Sarpanch said.
This event was held under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Swayampurna Goa 2.0 programme.
