PANAJI: The Goa State Co-operative Bank Ltd, the apex co-operative bank of the State, handed over a cheque of Rs 88.98 lakh to the Government of Goa towards dividend on the shares held by the State government in the bank. The cheque was presented to Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Minister for Co-operation Subhash Shirodkar at a brief ceremony held at the Secretariat, Porvorim. The dividend cheque was handed over by the bank’s Chairman, Pandurang Kurtikar, along with Vice Chairman Krishna Kudnekar, Director Shrikant Naik, and Director Adv Vinayak Narvekar.
